Woman enjoying a quiet moment of self-care at home

Who I Help

You don’t have to accept pelvic floor symptoms as “just part of being a woman.”

Whether you’ve recently had a baby, you’re navigating menopause, or you’ve been living with symptoms for years, my studio is a place where you’ll be listened to, understood, and supported without judgement.

A place where you’re listened to, understood and supported.

You do not need a diagnosis to benefit from a personalised programme. If you are experiencing symptoms or simply feel that something is not quite right, we can work together to improve your pelvic floor health.

Equally, if you have already been diagnosed with a prolapse or another pelvic floor condition, you are in safe hands.

There is no internal examination required, making care completely non-invasive and comfortable.

No matter how long you have been living with your symptoms, it is never too late to start strengthening your pelvic floor and improving your quality of life.

You may benefit from a programme if you:

  • Leak when you cough, sneeze, laugh or exercise
  • Feel heaviness or pressure in your pelvis
  • Have been diagnosed with a prolapse
  • Need to rush to the toilet or struggle to hold on
  • Feel your core hasn’t recovered after pregnancy
  • Avoid exercise because of your symptoms
  • Want to feel stronger and more confident in your body
  • Simply want to protect your pelvic floor for the future

Prevention is just as important as recovery

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you should only think about your pelvic floor once symptoms appear.

In reality, we know that pelvic floor changes are incredibly common after pregnancy and childbirth, with up to one in two women experiencing some degree of pelvic organ prolapse.

Many women won’t notice symptoms straight away—or at all.

That means you don’t have to be experiencing bladder leaks, heaviness, or discomfort to benefit from strengthening your pelvic floor.

I often describe proactive pelvic floor care as an investment in your future—almost like an insurance policy for your body. By improving the strength and function of your pelvic floor now, you’re giving yourself the best possible foundation to continue lifting, exercising, running after your children, and living life with confidence for years to come.

I know this because I lived it myself.

My own prolapse symptoms didn’t appear immediately after giving birth—they developed almost a year later, when I thought my recovery was behind me. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women strengthen their pelvic floor before symptoms become a problem, as well as supporting those who are already experiencing them.

Support for Every Stage

Postnatal Recovery

Bringing a baby into the world changes your body in incredible ways, but recovery doesn’t always happen as expected.

If you’re experiencing weakness, heaviness, discomfort, or simply don’t feel like yourself after birth, you’re not alone. My programmes are designed to support your body’s natural recovery, helping you rebuild strength from the inside out so you can return to daily life and exercise with confidence.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse

A prolapse diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to define your future.

Whether you’re experiencing a feeling of heaviness, pressure, or a bulging sensation, there are non-invasive support options available. My goal is to help reduce symptoms, improve pelvic floor function, and empower you with the knowledge and confidence to manage your condition effectively.

Bladder Leaks & Incontinence

Leaking when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or exercise is incredibly common—but it isn’t something you should simply put up with.

By strengthening and retraining your pelvic floor, we work towards improving bladder control so you can enjoy everyday life without constantly worrying about finding the nearest toilet or wearing pads “just in case.”

Pelvic Floor Weakness

Your pelvic floor plays a vital role in supporting your core, bladder, bowel, and pelvic organs.

When these muscles become weak, symptoms can range from reduced core stability to bladder issues and feelings of heaviness. Through advanced HIFEM technology and personalised rehabilitation exercises, we’ll work together to restore strength where it matters most.

Diastasis Recti & Core Recovery

Core recovery is about so much more than your stomach muscles.

Following pregnancy, many women experience separation of the abdominal muscles alongside reduced core strength and pelvic floor dysfunction. My approach helps reconnect your core and pelvic floor, supporting stronger movement patterns and improving overall function.

Menopause

Hormonal changes during menopause can have a significant impact on pelvic floor health, leading to bladder symptoms, reduced muscle strength, and changes in confidence.

It’s never too late to invest in your pelvic health. With the right programme and education, you can continue living an active, confident life through every stage of womanhood.

Returning to Exercise

Whether you want to lift weights, run, practise Pilates, or simply feel stronger in everyday life, your pelvic floor should support the activities you love—not hold you back.

Together, we’ll build a strong foundation that allows you to move with confidence and enjoy exercise without fear of leaks, heaviness, or discomfort.

A Personalised Approach

No two women are the same, which is why no two programmes should be either.

From your very first appointment, I’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, lifestyle and goals, and explore how breathing, posture and movement may be influencing your pelvic floor before recommending a programme that is completely tailored to you.

You will receive compassionate support, honest guidance and advanced, non-invasive care designed to help you achieve lasting improvements—not just temporary relief.

Because every woman deserves to feel strong, supported and confident in her own body.
