Over approximately 60 minutes we’ll:
- Listen to your story, goals and concerns
- Take some baseline measures so you can track your progress over time
- Explore how your posture, breathing and movement may be influencing your pelvic floor
- Help you understand how your pelvic floor works and why symptoms can occur
- Teach simple breathing and pelvic floor connection techniques
- Discuss your individual lifestyle, exercise habits and long-term goals
- Give you the opportunity to experience a short Ultra Tesla Chair taster session
- Create a personalised plan tailored to you
